NOTICE OF BREACH
Dear Sir / Madam,

My law firm and construction company have been loyal customers of MTN for over 15 years. To-date, we hold 3 contracts and a number of pay-as-you-go units. I have now renewed my contract onto the \Sky Package.\"

In doing so, we were advised that the package allowed UNLIMITED calls, data and sms to any network within South Africa.
Further to the above, and due to the \"LTE\" unit, we were also supposed to obtain 100GB of data.

I have now received an sms from MTN, stating that that \"I have reached my internet FAIR usage limit. Your max speed will now be reduced\"

Since we specialise in International law, skype calls, media files, online faxes and emails of highly confidential documents have been effected greatly.

From the above, one may clearly see a discrepancy, breach in contract, and obvious violation of the consumer protection act.

DEMAND:

Should my contract not be reinstated by close of business on the 3rd of March 2016, our office shall be forced to move on the following:
1) Cancellation of the contracts
