Nothing like service champions

Message: They call them selves services champions but service dololo.I have been with MTN since 2005.but lately I am not happy.on Saturday 7.04.2018 i lost my phone at about 9:00 in the morning,I quickly called them to block the phone the so calle service champion told she cant find my phone on their system i have to go to the MTN store i went to Pan africa mall MTN store in Alexandra Johannesburg. The lady the service champion told me that the system was declining and she gave a REf: number 1- ********** 0799.as she she couldnt get an ITC number at that moment i went to the police station got an affidavit went to claim for a phone,They could not help without an ITC number.I had to call MTN again then the service champion told that they should have told from the first call that the systems used to blacklist phones was not active on a weekend i should call on Monday.Monday morning i called and spoke to Reetumetse she was sweet willing to help.She the told my phone was black listed already and the person who dd was supposed to get an ITC number same time but she did not.she then told that she is going to speak to her manager they need to whitelist first then black list to get a new ITC number.they will send it via sMS i the gave her the alternative number.i waited the whole day,nothing i called the customer service i was told the system was slow i should try calling again later.I called this morning Mbali tells me she to call again i m so not happy all i want is tha ITC number to claim for a phone .
