Nothing good to say about MTN

I was previously a Nashua client and was then moved to MTN when NASHUA closed. Everything has gone downhill since then. Firstly, I kept requesting for a limit to be set on my bill and was told this has been a million times but my bill remained high. I was only told two weeks ago that they can't set a limit on an anytime contract!!!!! I then asked to be migrated to a top up contract, I had more than R100.00 airtime and data on my phone but after the migration was done I apparently forfeited the airtime and data!!!!! Why? Where is it written that you will forfeit airtime when you migrate???? I have called I don't know how many times but this has still not been resolved.

I will never ever take a contract with MTN ever again

Hello tumilesego,

Thank you for your post,

We apologise for the delayed response and for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please note as per the business rule, when migrating from an open line to a top up line all airtime is forfeited.

Thank you
