Nothing gets done at MTN, period!

Havent experienced this kind of service in a long time, it's absolutely appalling. Requested for my number to be ported cause ive signed up a new contract, this all on the 25th at MTN nelspruit, absa Square. Mtn can't even do the simple task of porting a number. Its 27th today, and still nothing has been done to resolve the issue. They even gave me the incorrect model phone that was requested for the contract.

Disgusted with MTN, and its just another reminder of why i canceled my previous contract with them 5 years ago.

In these times you would think people would do their utmost best, to try and secure their positions. But not here, here its "how can we ***** up a customer request in the least time given".

MTN can be compared with the current government, absolutely nothing gets done, only excuses and passing the buck.
