Not worth it!!

I visited your store in Parow Center today to get a sim swop on a ****** phone. I was advised that they cannot do anything to assist me as the contract is in my wife's name and that she needs to come out to the store.

I expressed that during the COVID pandemic its a risk for people to come out and put themselves into danger. The lady who seems to be the manager was so rude in the way she spoke to me. She blatantly disrespected me by speaking over me while I was trying to explain my circumstances, she has no moral ethics as to speak to customers and no sense of customer service.

I would advise everyone never to go to this store you will only be wasting your time and money, its not worth it. I was at the store on Monday 16.06.2020 to blacklist my phone and the best they could do is give me a number I had to call but all the time this lady is sitting on a personal call during working hours. If this is the kind of service you allow your staff to give your paying clients then I do not see many satisfied ones in the future.
