Not updating profile

I have sent numerous emails to both [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and have yet to receive a response to say that they received my proof of payment.<br> <br> They stated that the last time payment was made was in December 2014, which is incorrect. I sent proof of payment made for the entire year of 2015, but every time I send it, they never respond.<br> <br> It is messing with my credit record. I have tried all year for them to move my phone number onto pre-paid, my latest email with them is reference \***9""; as I went into their Bayside Mall Branch (TableView; Cape Town) and was told to email them; which was done.
