Not updating client on repair status

6 weeks ago I tool My sony m4 aqua in for repairs at MTN bayside mall. Since then I have not received any feedback from the store or the repairs centre regarding the phone.

Today I decided to phone the repairs department myself and was utterly disappointed when they told me the phone was sent back to the store only to be send back to Sony the manufacturer. I tried phoning the MTN store at bayside but after 2 days and more than 9 attempts I gave up. No one answers.......
