Not the network for the people

My phone was ****** mash and grab, I even have the police report and case number. I don't have money to buy a new phone and pay R300 for a SIM swap. I want to end my contract as obviously I can't use it thurther, I phoned to find out how much it will cost as I know there will be a heavy price, but hey I can't use it anyway.

But except for being accommodating, sympathetic they want all your remaining monthly subscription and slap on some extra penalty fees!!!

It would have been nice if they accommodate me by only paying for the phone which I still owe on. . . It's not like I asked someone to please brake my window, grab my bag and steel my phone.

I've been with mtn for 18 + years and still here I sit and wonder why did I renew my contract, Im very hurt and disgusted.
