Not the first time this company has failed to respond

I ordered a upgrade phone at Sabie on the 3rd January 2017 and was promised the phone would arrive within 2 or 3 days. 10 days later still no sign of the phone so I sent 2 emails requesting the cancellation, one through the customer care (I think MTN should change that name) and the second one via my internet profile. another email via the customer care was sent a few days ago. Now almost 3 weeks later still no phone or responce???? But according to my profile the additional charges for the upgrade have already been debited to my account. MTN also gave me 30GB worth of data valid for a month, this was loaded on my profile on the 3rd January 2017. This is not the first time I have had issues with MTN, in May 2015 I decided to use the local shop to get a phone, took me 6 weeks, during that time the price increased and then when I was billed it had increased again!?!?. Took me 6 months to sort this out, costing me a lot of time and money to visit the head office in Nelspruit. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH MTN AND SIGN A STOP ORDER
