NOT THE BEST SERVICE

I went to MTN in Northgate Mall on the 1st of May to apply for the Home Router( Month to Month for 499.00 ) and my application was declined . The consultant was very helpful , he tried several times and it just kept on declining and said it was a system error . A call was logged and I'm still waiting for feedback .Can someone please assist with this query as i am in need of Internet access .
