Not sure if it's mtn or the anc

<p>I recently started a new job and one of the perks of my new job is getting a subsidized phone from mtn which my company would pay towards and I would pay the difference. I received my headset from mtn almost a week ago in which they took a week to process my application and deliver and I have yet to receive any network coverage. I've contacted the person who processed my application but to no avail. I have no WiFi at my residence so I continuously have to buy data on my old sim card not knowing when I will receive my network. In total I've spent over 700 on data with the hope that mtn rectify their error and actually adhere to basic service delivery. I have never in my life encountered such unprofessional ********* workers in my entire life. If it wasn't for my company dealing with mtn I would never consider them to offer me any type of cellular network service. Friyay mtn? More like friNAY</p>
