Not supplying what they take money for,

For the past 3 months, MTN have been taking money for a contract that should include 100 minutes, 100MB and 100 SMSs.
Each month, I get only 100 minutes. There is no data and no SMSs.
I have been into Autopage, where I bought the contract, several times, but no one seems to be able to sort it out.
I work per hour and it costs me dearly to keep on having to chase up on MTNs mistakes. I also have to use my own money to buy airtime that I can use for my data bundle - airtime that I have already paid Autopage for.
I could have used BILLING as my NATURE OF COMPLAINT, but the fact is that they have me snookered. Neither Auytopage or MTN are capable of sorting out the problem, but they continue to take my money.
When I tried to get out of the contract, I noticed that they want to charge me for the next 20 months' of data bundle and SMSs, which I do not receive. That is why I put the NATURE OF COMPLAINT as BAD ATTITUDE. If there was an option for THEFT, I would have used that.
I should also point out that my invoice (for 4 phones) for August was IDENTICAL to my invoice for July. That's impossible. It's just more proof that MTN/Autopage are incapable.
