Not so helpful "helpful"mtn call centre

<p>I am at my wit's end trying to cancel my MTN contract . Firstly the MTN store cannot ass I hv to call the call centre ... Then we call the call centre from my mtn contract number and I am charged for the call .. bt that is nt the end of it I hv to deal with a dumbass agent who refuses to put me through to someone in management , all this time using my air time ... 1 hour later ... Stil unable to cancel my contract ... MTN .. u suck !!! Worst customer care ever . . .
