Not so champion on the "service champion"

if I could send a minus star I would. it's not even MTN it's customer "champion" I called in, i said hi my name is Sethu and would like to cancel my contract and gave in the story. This girl whom I didn't get her name said she can't help me if I didn't say who I am I then explained how I actually said who I am and further became rude,. Where I come from we greet each other, I state my issue then service consultant asks for my details and then we proceed she then told me she will transfer me to someone and at this point I was furiated and told her, may it be someone with respect did she not drop the line o. me?! What nonsense service is that?!
