Not so cancelled contract

In Jan 2016, I cancelled my contract with MTN by paying and early termination fee (it was due to expire April 2016) as I was moving to the UK. MTN confirmed via email that the cotract was cancelled.

In May 2016 they began debiting my account again (R400+). In June upon contacting them, they stated my contract was paid up to April but not cancelled (MTN - look up the word termination). I asked for a bill to prove what usage was in place (the sim is in my wallet, to this day from Jan) and I was told that I am not paying for an itemised bill so they cannot give me one (Ridiculous). This was the last contact I have recieved despite numerous mails to them. They have now debited my account again in June (R600) and July (R600) depsite in my June contact being assured the contract was now cancelled, luckily i have reversed these two.

If my money is not returned or a bill proving use is produced I will take this much further as it is theft!
