Not so BOZZA

MTN is really dropping the ball with us. they managed to ***** up 2 contracts related to 2 different people. My girlfriend and I both have contracts with MTN and both of us have issues, I have had the issue for quite some time now where I cannot contact any other number than another MTN number, out of the 4 major networks I can contact one.... 75% reduction in service but still 100% price... no... no further... I've been to the MTN store numerous times and no one can fix the issue, all I hear is escalation escalation escalation all the damn time.... I want out of my contract NOW!!! I'm switching providers. Being an ex employee of MTN I know there are ways to get out of contracts without paying penalties. They just make it as difficult as possible. MTN is in breach of contract, limiting me to only MTN network calls. you dropped the ball, time to make things right.

As for my Girlfriend, her contract was suspended due to issues with the her bank, we went into the same store I went to and paid the account manually to ensure the account is up to date, they told us 2 to 24 hours (Old famous saying at that place) and the suspension would be lifted. it's been 4 days and no resolution.... MTN Clearwater (Big one) has absolutely no idea what they are doing... and quite frankly, being a supporter of MTN for the past 8 years is about to come to an end. I have had it.....
