Not Service Related at all.

Just before the 18/9/15 I emailed MTN to find out when my contract expired. They informed me 18/9/15 and what do I want to do cancel or migrate. I went back with I want to go onto pay as you go and asked them to let me know what is for what. However, MTN did not bother to read this and just cancelled my contract. This is for my lap top. I phoned from my virgin mobile and eventually my air time was gone. I got a family member who is with MTN to phone them and they said they would phone me as they needed my authorisation for the family member to sort out the problem for me. I never received a call at all, ever.
So I had to get another sim card, have it RICA'd. This took a week as I had just relocated from JHB to CT and was looking for a job. I then emailed 4 requests for an explanation and so far nothing. They obviously do no phone their clients, (saving air time!!!) So far MTN has cost me air time and a week worth of looking for employment.

Then lo and behold my debit order goes through for a full month but the contract ended on the 18th. I have emailed them on the 8 and 12 October and have still not had a response besides the computer generated answers.
