Not service no payment, simple

Still waiting for MTN to respond to my various emails. I've even tried to escalate the matter externally but no one seems to want to help. Instead I sit with a unresolved issue which is costing me undue stress.

My solution, I refuse to pay for a service that I am not receiving!
