Not sending my Monthy MB & SMSES

I have been trying to get help regarding my monthly smses and megabytes. All they do is tell me it will be sorted within 2 -24 hrs. Its been 5 days now and the issue is not resolved. I am getting bill for the smses ans MB that I am not using. Please can you sort this out or I might as well stop paying until its sorted.<br>
