not sending me the device i was approved on

after applying for a new contract more then a month ago, and being approved, i was advised it was approved however that they are awaiting stock,

after calling numerous times they had said it was finalized and that someone would call.

more then a week later after confirming that stock has been received nobody has called me and i am still trying to get my device.

this is terrible service and expect someone to call me to please send me my device as a matter of urgency.
