NOT SATISFIED WITH MTN, SORTING OUT A PROBLEM

I returned an item which was promoted, the gentleman told me that the touch screen tablet is 128gig, when I received and opened it, it was much less. After numerous attempts to cancel the transaction by email, telephonically, nothing happened. I took the item to the nearest MTN branch where they received and returned the item to the dealer. the assisted me to phone the main branch, to finalize the cancellation.. i eventually gave MTN a call again, after which they confirmed that the transaction is now cancelled, and that the debit order will be reversed and I will be refunded with the amount owed to me..... up to date , no refund was done... this has been going on since 6th December 2020... I am not satisfied with the way MTN is handling my problem.... It is very difficult to get through.. the website is useless ,, impossible to solve matters.. only options one after the other.... I would like MTN to sort out my refund as soon as possible.. I on contract for more than 30 years at MTN,, and would like to recommend them, but at this stage, i will not do so....
