Not satisfied with MTN customer service

I am not satisfied with the customer service from MTN customer support, firstly I requested "last date of use report" for insurance purposes because my phone was ******, I was told they cannot provide that only itemized billing, which insurance cannot use because they want to see the usage report on the device to approve my claim, later another agent send the usage report and only shows that the device sim was active for few hours, this is incorrect because I was using the phone with the MTN sim until the day it was ******, I need someone who can access the data that shows which device my number was working on.
