Not satisfied with Mtn

Mtn Harrismith sold a damaged sim card to me in 2020, they did not want to take responsibility. I was told to pay for sim swap, i refused. I have been paying for service that i dont get for the whole year. I tried to cancel it, i was told to pay early cancellation which i paid in november 2021 but up to this day 29th Dec 2021, contract still not cancelled. Every time i call, im told they will seculate to the right people.
