Not returning phonecalls when promised to do so

I've been trying for 2 weeks to get hold of MTN Hemingways - no answer. Was interested in a deal in the Feb issue of YelloTrader. Wanted to know if they have stock. Finally went in to the store just to be told there is no stock of this deal. The lady took my name and number and said she'd get back to me by Friday (26 Feb 2016). Still no response from her as of today (29 Feb 2016). My husband finally got through - spoke to Grant. Helpful and gave us he's number to call with enquiries. He said he'll lt us know tomorrow (1 Mar 2016) whether the deal will be available in March. If I had known that this lady wasn't going to get back to me in time I would have gone to another MTN store. Very dissappointed that I might lose out on an afforable deal just because she couldn't get back to me when she said she would.
