Not Responding

In November 2014 I contacted Nashua Mobile, then part of MTN and asked them to start deducting my monthly premiums from a new bank account number. In December 2014 I moved to New Zealand. In March 2015 I noticed that the payments were not being deducted. I contacted MTN on 31 March 2015 and asked them to look into this for me. It took nearly 3 months to elicit a response from them. On 23 June I received an email from MTN where they had simply forwarded my original email to another department. On 24 June I received a garbled message from MTN's legal department. I don't know what they want. All I want to know is what the outstanding amount is and a bank account number where I can pay the money into. They seem to have difficulty comprehending that someone actually wants to pay for something. I don't know why it is at the legal department, MTN are the company delaying payment. Send me the information and I will pay. Stop forwarding my email from division to division and do your work.
