NOT REPLYING TO LETTERS - UNPROFESSIONAL OR PLAIN ***********

I have app**** for an early termination of approximately 4 months on a contract I had since 2001. This was part of my debt consolidation plan since I got retrenched in August 2020 . I obtained the quote and made the e.f.t payment on 11 February 2021. After numerous correspondence emails, around 11 emailed letters, spanning nearly 5 months ,I have yet to get a final Invoice in order to settle the outstanding bill of approximately one months rental , since it was a capped contract it should be very simple to calculate. The service I got from their Cancellations as well as Complaints divisions are outright appalling. This company is very keen to open up new contracts but cancelling it is like killing a ****roach , this amount of stress is not worth it. I have since made it a priority to boast about the "good" service I have received from MTN.
