Not recieving full Contract Bundle that I pay for!
I upgraded on the 5th of July to a new contract on MTN. I have not received my sms or data bundle of my contract for this month. I was suppose to received it on 12 July but I am still waiting. I logged a service request in store at MTN Longbeach Mall (which I had to wait in a queue for over an hour to be helped!) I also have followed up with the call centre who tells me I must just wait Friday then I can phone again. My service request number is ***.
