Not receiving promotinal data and minutes from MTN

<p> <span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Before I wanted to sign a contract with MTN I read a few reviews of the mobile service provider , the reviews were not very reassuring. But against my better judgment I agreed to sign a contract, the reason was that it sounded like a great deal , I would receive 50GB data pm and 10000 MTN to MTN minutes for free for the entire contract period! So I opened an account on the 26 of February, and to data I have not received any of the data. Or minutes. The branch in Middelburg , where I opended the account , keeps telling me that the data will be loaded and that at the latest is would be on the 14th of March. To make matters worse I dont even receive the standard 2GB of data for my contract. I tried phoning the customer care service, but they could not help and insisted I should handle the issue with the brance. I would not recomend MTN for anyone, the time you waist to recieve any service is not worth all the headache and frustration.</span></p>
