NOT RECEIVING MY DATA and SMS'S!!!

I went for my upgrade on the 6 JUNE 2015 and all was well, 21 June 2015 I only received my MINUTES, NO DATA NO SMS'S. It is now the 24 June 2015 and I still have not received my DATA AND SMS'S (Only received my MINUTES) - I have been calling the call centre since the 21 June 2015 but nobody ever answers. IM REALLY STARTING TO REGRET THIS UPGRADE.<br> <br> One of your staff logged a call and gave me this reference number: ***, which is of no use to me.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes.

According to our records the data and sms have been provisioned however you received pro rata provisioning. You will only receive the full bundles on your next provisioning date.
