Not receiving my 30GB as advertised

I renewed my contract with MTN last Sunday 27-03-16. I was told that I would receive 30GB. I have phoning MTN 5 times, to get my 30GB loaded. I keep on being told either wait 24 hours or 72 hours or 2 hours. But It still has not been loaded. I am getting so tired the run around. If MTN doesn't want to give people 30GB then they should advertise it. This is beyond pathetic. I phoned them again and was told I need to wait 3 to 4 days for it to be loaded.
