Not receiving invoices or statements by email

Since December 2021 I have only received the usage details with no statement or invoice emailed to me. Query numbers *** and *** plus a whole lot of others and each time the query is closed but the matter is not sorted out. Somebody somewhere needs to reset a computer setting so I can again receive statements and invoices via email. Customer Care so called champions are totally rude and unhelpful. Absolutely shocking service
