Not receiving calls nor can send or receive SMS's

I have been asking MTN for assistance to fix the above-mentioned issue that has been persisting for over a month with no result nor feedback. MTN could careless in resolving this problem as I have been put through from one department to the next on repeat with each blaming the next person. All I require is that I receive the service I pay for but unfortunately all I have received is poor service with no help nor any sort of conclusion to resolve the issue, and to add no feedback. This seems to be the sad culture of MTN. My advise is to stay away from MTN as after sales service and support does not exist.
