Not receiving calls and sms’s. Customer care not helping!

I can’t receive phone calls or SMSs and no one at customer care is helping. I’ve been calling MTN nonstop for 2 days now and still nothing. They’ve all told me different things and none of their techniques are working. I’ve missed important calls. I’m obviously also unable to use my banking and other apps because I can’t receive an OTP.

Just recently joined the network and it SUCKS! Don’t make a mistake like me and leave your network for this 🚮
