NOT RECEIVING ANY CALLS ON MTN

Ive been Receiving half of my day time data for the remainder of My contract! Logged numerous calls this was never resolved!

TODAY I CANT RECEIVE ANY CALLS!!! MY LINE GOES STRAIGHT TO VM! I DID THE STUPID *#330000# and it doesn’t Work...

The agent also removed barriers from her Side!!! I am told to give 24-72 hours thurn around time... HOW MUCH MORE CAN MTN **** ME OVERR??????????
