Not professional.
What happened is that I paid off my account three years later they call me telling me that I'm owing them R 1800 and I decided to pay them I agreed to pay them last day of the month now I've paid for 7 months the balance is still R1800 and they started to take money in my account on the 25 which was supposed to be 31st I'm so disappointed and angry now I'm using cell c because they even take my airtime even if my data usage is off.

Kindly be advised the last time MTN has debited the account was for 30-5-2014. The account is on cash method since June 2014.
The account expired 19-2-2015. The last invoice generated to the account was for January 2015, only one invoice was not generated to the account for February 2015 the account balance was for R994.00
2 payments for R350.00 was received + R252.00=R952.
We have sent the compliant to the legal team to send a request to the attorneys to close you file, any over payments need to be refunded back to you by the attorneys.
