Not performing

There was a ***** case on my account after Four months and a review on hellopeter the cas is finaly resolved or so I though. I calles this afternoon to here where is my money then they said its been credited to my account but the eacalate it to be paid in my bank account then i though its over then tonight the debit order goes of again after the case has been resolved???? Whats the point that it has been resolved and another debit order goes of while i have a credit on my account. And because of the case i have to get a new contract for data after they canceld my contract as well lukily it was due for upgrade but now i have been busy for more than n week just to get the new contact approved with all the red tape due to the ***** case but it looks lika nothing has been done to end the nightmare
