Not only loadshedding in SA, but signal sharing to
Hi, <br> <br> The last couple of months almost on a daily basis MTN network just disappears, leaving you with absolutely no signal to even check your balance or call their customer care (not that it helps to try if you do get thru, as I spent 1 hour 54 minutes on hold before I gave up.<br> <br> What is going on, as it is not just me experiencing this problem? Remember, we pay for our time on the air, so how can we be switched off? And it is not like we get compensated for that time either....

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delayed response.
We can confirm that our Engineers have been working on our towers, doing upgrades with equipment being tested and replaced. The issue is temporary and once all work has been done will the signal and connectivity issue be resolved.
