Not one person is responsible in the billing department

On the 5th of October I requested a consolidated statement of my billings for the tax year 1 March 2020 to 28 Feb 2021? Since then I have had 17 email communications trying to get this simple consolidation? The last was from Siyabonga Ngwenya on the 14/10%2021 assured me that it will be escalated to management to intervene??? Apparently NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE in the billing department? They keep claiming that they sent the email but never confirm it to me or Customer Care department AS I HAVE REQUESTED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS??? MAYBE NOT MANAGEMENT WILL INTERVENE AND SOMEONE WILL BE HELD ACCOUTABLE FOR THIS PATHETIC SERVICE??
