Not n happy customer thinking of canceling the contract

I got a router last week tuesday first of all i waited 6 days for my card to be registered after a phone everyday it was sorted. The router has not worked it telling me no signal. They gave me 10 day to return the unit. But i waited 6 days for the sim card to be active. What must i do in this situation
