Not MTN concern

This is complaint number 4 about the same thing 4th jan 2016 reference ***8 then was asked for document req *** was told docs too dark after waiting a week for a response and then they did nothing as usual but satisfied the hello peter column with a response 25th Jan req *** Itumeleng Rakoena responded and mailed so I can send the same docs which they requested the 1st time and again as true MTN style nothing she never acknoledged recieving them and when I phoned as everyone know you can't find that person and for bonus I send her e mail's twice and she never responded so again DO YOU GIVE A F... about the customers cause you sure as hell only repond to Hello peter complaints and on top of that I still get invoiced which is giving me a bad record because of *********** b...d, if you were to atleast to respond and not after weeks say the docs is not clear or some ****ty excuse to have a person redo it all again. RESOLVE Queries not post pre written **** on the site to make it seem like you are doing something. The service you are providing is utterly disgusting pull your fingers out your ass and resolve things don't respond and do nothing.
