Not loading 30Gb data bundle as promised

On the 16th of April I have upgraded my cell phone contract at the Mtn shop at the mall at Carnival. The consultant promised that a 30Gb data bundle as per promotion will be uploaded on my phone account within 48 hours. This never happened. Yesterday on the 19th of April I once again raised this issue with a consultant at the Mtn shop concerned and I was once again promised that an investigation will be done and feedback be provided. This also did not happen and still awaiting feedback from Mtn. Tried to contact them this morning but they are not answering their phones. Not impressed with the poor level of service I am getting from Mtn.
