I have recently upgraded, I am suppose to be get a 14G once off bundle. On the 2019.05.13 I receive my device but didn't receive my 14G. I call the Mtn and 2019.05.21 and they log the call ref number 1- ********** 5227 and the service champion advise the matter will be handle in the next 24 hours the latest 7 days still nothing until today 2019.06.12. I spoke to a service champion today 2019.06.12 Selaelo Rathabu who was very unprofessional but call them self service Champions. Selaelo Rathabu sad to me I must wait another 7 days. I inform him that is unacceptable and want to speak to the team leader Gomotso Mpshe he advise the team leader Gomotso Mpshe cannot speak to me and advise I must just wait. I am a very unsatisfied customer and need help with MTN services. My MTN contract Nurmber is **********
