Not keeping to their word , need tax invoice

I have a mtn cell number , i have not been receiving invoices . I have been trying to get hold of mtn with no success . The invoice link that i used to receive , i am no more receiving . On Tuesday i did manage to get through mtn was told invoice will be send within 24hours even now i am waiting ref number for my call was ***
