Not keeping its promise

I had a contract with MTN which expired on the 11/03/2022 i send a request to have the contract cancelled of which was not, long story short i paid the outstanding amount and now MTN is still sending me bills to pay, i kept to my side of the deal so please keep to yours and cancel the contract
