not interested to give service

I took a contract with Telkom and tried to get a port in done from mtn, twice without result. It seems now because it was done after 18h00 that their systems cannot process a sms to inform me to accept or decline the port in and I hav to go in their business hours to process it. In 2016, the computer age, an international company cannot produce a system to process a simple sms out of normal business hours????? And to add insult, they saw the requests on their systems when I phoned to enquire.

i
