NOT INTERESTED!
I'm not interested in talking to any of your departments...I am interested in my upgrade...your company can mail me if they need to talk to me. I will surely move my company's business elsewhere. No need to deal with you then. Although I am still looking for a valid reason as to why I have received the information that it's due July this year (when it was not a person who told me, but your "reliable" system) and now all of a sudden October? None of you seem to have an answer for me and expect it to be okay. I keep getting I don't know and the **** you guys sent me. I would like to speak to someone who is in charge of everyone at MTN(director, board member) and not a head of some department. S/he can mail me. You'll find the info on your system.

I am trying to call you now a few times, please can you pick up your phone when I am calling you on ***, Retentions is willing to assist here with the upgrade for today. I need a time frame when Themba can call you.
