Not helpfull

I bought a data bundle. 3 Gig + 2 gigs free. All of a sudden I rec'd an account for R 7 500. Upon me querrying they told me it is an open line. I disputed and request them to check on their recordings to proof my case. Now a month later they still did not get back to me.<br> I get the idea I am just an inconvenience to them.<br> Ref ***
