Not helpful

MTN Southgate terrible customer service I have been to 2 stores waste so much time and so much money still to accomplish nothing I went with the documents that was required and then they lie and tell me the simswap is in progress when I fone customer care there is nothing on record I must say very very poor customer service, why are there stores coz the stores can't even help u at all I'm so angry and disappointed and irritated for wasting so much money
