Not happy....again
NOT HAPPY ....AGAIN!!! I just received this letter in the increase on my contract with mtn. Why is it that you can take more money than I signed for on my contract. Its not about the amount that the fact that MTN just do it without my concent. Can I then if I cant pay my monthly debt anymore just opt out of my contract??? This is not acceptable to me. To add to this: My debit order goes of on the 7th of every month now i received a notice that you are going to take it on the 25th. I dont have money in my account on the 25th. If MTN deduct money to early MTN will be liable for the bank costs. You cant just change my contract as you want.
