Not happy with the treatment from the gentleman .

I Just got a call of a rude call center agent from the above mentioned company. He was trying to sell me an insurance for a phone for a contract i just got yesterday. While in convesation i asked question that is it mendetory for me to get an insurance for the phone . The guy just drop the phone on my ear. Not if i was wrong when someone trying to sell you a product that you have asked for . I know he wanted sales for his comission but his rudeness was un called for .

I would like a response on this matter .
